I experimented with kombucha and bioplastics. While crafting my kombucha, I occasionally combined colors to observe unique hues, exploring diverse teas and vinegar blends for fermentation. The fascination lies in discerning the color variations between each tea type. Intriguingly, as the kombucha forms its distinctive layer, the colors undergo a transformation, evolving into a palette of brighter and paler hues with a unique texture. In transforming diverse household wastes into bioplastic, I mold the materials to bestow a renewed aesthetic value. This eco-conscious initiative not only repurposes everyday refuse but also elevates it into a visually appealing form, showcasing the potential for beauty in sustainable practices.
